By placing an order with Sea+Stone designs you agree to the terms + conditions outlined on our website.

– Sea+Stone reserves the right to amend/update pricing and information on our items at any time.
– Sea+Stone reserves the right to remove an item from sale at any time if a pricing issue is identified. Customers will be fully refunded for any payments in process if this occurs.


At Sea+Stone we do our best to provide our customers with fast + efficient delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage of goods once items have been sent for delivery. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. Once an order has been shipped from Australia we are no longer responsible for your goods or any customs/import taxes. If you experience issues with your delivery please contact your local post office.


Each Sea+Stone piece is unique + as each piece is handmade there will be no two pieces that are exactly identical. Stones/shells may vary slightly in colour, shape + size.

Sea+Stone do not offer refunds on any product so please choose your purchase carefully. Every item is checked + re-checked prior to sending and Sea+Stone will not refund or exchange damaged goods. However, if you find your item to be damaged upon arrival you must contact Sea+Stone within 48 hours of receiving. There is no guarantee a refund or exchange will be given, this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
